ABOUT SWEET RELEASE CHOCOLATES

My messy chocolate path began innocently enough over a decade ago with a curiosity in the chemistry of that iconic chocolate ’snap’ and a want to deliver quality, unexpected, homemade, fair-trade, small-batch chocolates for friends, family, and colleagues. Since then the path has been long and winding and has expanded (along with my knowledge and experience) into a journey of creating unique flavors, custom and thematic box commissions for celebrations, wedding favors, bachelorette parties, corporate gifts, and of course— for giggles.
